Description

Manage US-based telecommunications customer engagements across application development, DevOps, 24x7 operations, and large-scale cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding delivery matters and project leadership.
• Drive delivery excellence through daily progress reviews, risk mitigation, and course correction.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and provide technical solutioning for RFI and RFP responses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery management.
• 10+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 10+ years of experience with RFI and RFP processes.
• 8+ years of risk management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud management and support.
• 5+ years of experience in application development and support.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Hands-on understanding of Java microservices and .NET development.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure Cloud services.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in the Telecommunications vertical.
