Description

You will manage technical delivery for GenAI initiatives, coordinating engineering teams and overseeing production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and prioritize tasks for medium-to-large engineering teams.
• Build ETL workflows and data cleaning pipelines for production systems.
• Design and implement reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Ensure effective API design and integration architecture for AI/ML systems.
• Drive high-quality technical initiatives to completion.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven knowledge of GenAI architectures and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Milvus.
• Understanding of cloud-based LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with MongoDB querying and optimization.
• Familiarity with retrieval optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading production-level GenAI or RAG deployments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
