Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI client engagements and align engineering teams with technical roadmaps.
• Perform business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for GenAI and ML projects.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end workflows for machine learning and generative AI implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience building Machine Learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM mechanics and Generative AI techniques, specifically prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Proficiency in Python, Langchain, and SQL.
• Experience with Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong background in LLM implementation.
• Ability to perform complex business analysis and technical solution design.
