You manage the day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery for enterprise implementations.
• Establish and enforce the Definition of Done across development teams.
• Lead internal team cadences, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Own and chair steering committee meetings with client executives.
• Translate requirements into technical execution plans and drive adoption of AI Agents.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises.
• Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation.
• Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in BFSI or Telecom verticals.
• Bachelor's degree.
