Description

You manage the day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise implementations, translating requirements into technical execution plans and driving the adoption of AI Agents.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery for enterprise implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Establish and enforce the Definition of Done across development teams to maintain quality standards.
• Lead internal team cadences, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement.
• Own and chair steering committee meetings with client executives to manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises.
• Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation.
• Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in BFSI or Telecom verticals.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
