Description

Lead Scrum and Kanban teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project dependencies across business and technology partners.
• Identify and resolve workflow impediments to optimize team delivery.
• Track progress and report metrics using Jira.
• Drive continuous improvement and the adoption of TDD, BDD, and CI/CD practices.
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders to build trust and ensure business value delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery or software product development roles.
• Hands-on experience leading Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software product development to guide technical teams.
