Lead complex software delivery projects, managing technical teams and stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent software development projects to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical issues to business users.
• Drive project progress by identifying, raising, and resolving risks and issues.
• Build and mature customer relationships through active stakeholder engagement and management.
• Lead and develop cohesive engineering teams to ensure effective delivery and team cohesion.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience in Java and Microservices development.
• 4-5 years of experience managing 4-5 concurrent projects.
• Proven experience in technical project management and delivering software development projects.
• Experience running Agile projects and working within SDLC frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage projects across various technologies and complex systems.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience establishing and running sizeable technical teams.
• Ability to apply and evolve technical best practices based on project demands.

Preferred Skills

• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
