Description

You will lead multiple project teams in a 50/50 techno-management capacity, balancing technical oversight with delivery management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-4 simultaneous projects with 40-50+ total team members.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking, estimation, and reporting.
• Guide project managers and conduct periodic reviews to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Handle customer communications, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Mentor team members regarding competency, career planning, and retention.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 6-10 years of hands-on technical experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Architect.
• Strong technical background in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Fullstack development.
• Experience with Open Source stacks and SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall models.
• Expertise in project deliverables including Project Plans, RS/FS, SRS, HLD, LLD, and Test Plans.
• Proficiency in estimation techniques such as Agile Story Points and WBS.
• Experience managing custom development and maintenance projects in the Enterprise/ERP domain.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Proven experience in people management and managing multiple project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical program management or senior engineering management roles.
