Description

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions while managing business analysis and stakeholder engagement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules.
• Own the technical architecture and oversee the full solution lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Create architecture blueprints, technical diagrams, integration strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Direct development teams to ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment between objectives and technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or IRM.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, UI policies, data policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Ability to document business requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and experience leading requirement workshops.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, or CIS in one or more modules.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and third-party tool integrations.
• Knowledge of CMDB, data modeling, and ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
