Description

Lead the administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise data platforms. Manage onsite and offshore teams through technical guidance and shift-based support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage installation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise platforms.
  • Enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards across all systems.
  • Implement automation solutions, performance improvements, and process optimizations.
  • Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues, and integrate platforms with business processes.
  • Manage disaster recovery and ensure platform reliability.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise data platform administration and governance.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GCE, VMs, and BigQuery.
  • Proficiency with Informatica Power Center and Informatica Cloud (IDMC/IICS).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerBI and data governance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage disaster recovery and platform reliability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Dataiku, Talend, or Alteryx.
  • Relevant certifications in Informatica, GCP, or Tableau.
