Technical Delivery Manager / Principal Consultant

Lead strategic planning and execution of large-scale data programs, managing technical delivery and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic visions for data programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee project planning, implementation, and execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure quality, integrity, and security.
• Lead and mentor teams of data professionals to achieve high-quality results.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and data scientists to define and meet requirements.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of experience in Data Management, Big Data, and Analytics.
• 4 to 5 years architecting and implementing cloud-native data solutions.
• 4 to 5 years of big data processing using Spark and Java.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and tuning ETL/ELT processes with cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with data process orchestration and building Near-Real Time and Batch Data Pipelines.
• Experience with ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in implementing data security, encryption, PII/PSI legislation, and Identity and Access Management.
• In-depth understanding of Azure and AWS storage services.
• At least one year of experience with MS Purview for unified data governance.
• Mandatory Azure Data Engineering and Azure Solution Architecture certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Spark using Scala, PySpark, or Databricks.
• Multi-cloud certifications.
