Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, managing schedules and resource allocations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to manage expectations and communicate progress or risks.
• Monitor project financials, including revenue, profitability, and resource utilization.
• Manage and motivate project teams, supporting hiring and staffing fulfillment.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delivery disruptions.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of experience in project management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or delivery-focused role.
• Proven experience in Delivery Management.
• Technical familiarity with Java:J2EE.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and related delivery tasks.
• Experience in software development, IT services, or consulting environments.
• B.E. or MCS degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
