Description

You will lead and manage large-scale, complex programs from end-to-end execution to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive Agile and SCRUM delivery by coordinating across multiple, globally distributed teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies through active participation in design discussions and mitigation planning.
• Present program progress and status reports to senior management and executive leadership.
• Manage project visibility using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MPP, and Smartsheet.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT project and delivery management.
• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in Managed Services and Fixed-Price engagements.
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale programs.
• Deep expertise in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Strong risk management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional communication, articulation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, SNS, RDS MySQL, Redshift, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Python, Jinja, Angular, APIs, Power BI, SageMaker, and Flutter Dart.
