Description

You will lead the technical delivery and architectural direction of complex enterprise applications using the MERN stack.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications while contributing to architecture and technology decisions.
• Own the quality of deliverables through code reviews and the promotion of maintainability best practices.
• Manage technical delivery by leading sprint planning, story grooming, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Bridge communication between offshore and onshore teams and collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to foster professional growth within the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Strong backend experience with NodeJS frameworks.
• Expertise in database management using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools and infrastructure.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining customer-facing, high-performance application systems.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale information system implementations and technical discussions.
• Knowledge of Unit Test frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Supply chain domain knowledge.
