Responsibilities

• Guide design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using the MERN stack.
• Own deliverable quality through code reviews and promotion of maintainability best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with Product Management and Architects.
• Manage technical delivery via sprint planning, story grooming, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Bridge communication between offshore and onshore teams while mentoring engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Extensive experience with Node.js and backend frameworks.
• Proficiency in database management using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Unit Test frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale information systems and customer-facing applications.
• Strong background in Agile Methodology.
• Experience using system monitoring tools and infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Supply chain domain knowledge.
