Description

Drive the delivery of technical solutions across multiple IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate delivery of new product and client enhancement requests across engineering, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Own the complete delivery process, collaborating with internal teams to manage project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal personnel, product teams, and third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports.
• Facilitate, negotiate, and manage contention issues and daily risk mitigation efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years working in an IT environment with a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years working with technology implementations.
• 3+ years of IT project/delivery management experience.
• 3+ years managing and being accountable for budgets over $250K.
• Scrum Master certification or similar Scrum certification.
• Active practitioner of Agile/Scrum methodology managing multiple scrum teams and projects.
• Bachelor Degree with technology emphasis (CS, MIS, IT) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership updates.
