Description

You will lead technical application development efforts and manage delivery teams to meet stakeholder expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technical tasks for application development and support strategies.
• Conduct requirement planning and application design sessions with cross-functional groups.
• Execute projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure code quality and low bug rates for all production releases.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to drive delivery consistency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience in application development, support, or maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and team management.
• 5+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing at least two full software development life cycles.
• Strong understanding of software development, version control, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience managing projects and products within a portfolio.
• Ability to work in a global environment across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master.
• Direct experience in client-facing roles and onshore/offshore delivery models.
