Description

Own the technical design process from initial development through final fit for intimates and apparel products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical design processes to ensure products meet fit, comfort, and quality standards.
• Analyze and evaluate garments to develop accurate fit specifications.
• Develop technical specifications and communicate fit requirements to vendors and factories for approval.
• Manage adjustments with factories to maintain design integrity while monitoring quality and cost specifications.
• Direct Assistant or Associate Technical Designers to ensure design intent is met.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical design, specifically within intimates or apparel.
• Expertise in Technical Design processes and garment construction.
• Proven ability to develop fit specifications and technical tech packs.
• Experience working with manufacturers to ensure capability and cost compliance.
• Ability to maintain design intent while adhering to fit and comfort standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or equivalent professional experience.
