You own the technical design process from concept through construction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and maintenance of consistent fit standards across all products.
• Create and uphold comprehensive specs and grading rules within the PLM system.
• Collaborate with factories, imparting fit DNA expertise and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Organize fit samples, track measurements, and document fit notes during fittings.
• Execute fit comments promptly to keep the production timeline aligned with development priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical design.
• Expert knowledge of pattern making, grading, and garment construction for woven and knit apparel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.
• Ability to translate brand essence into technical design elements.
• Strong ability to articulate technical needs to overseas partners.
• Demonstrated mastery of pattern making and fit technology.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple timelines.
