Description

You will provide technical support for an active trading environment, managing the deployment and maintenance of systems and applications used by end-users.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
• Support applications, desktops, and scripts throughout their full life cycles.
• Manage high-touch technical requests from C-level executives.
• Optimize desktop and server hardware performance.
• Document technical processes and solutions clearly.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of progressive experience supporting end-user systems in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for system management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and Domains.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with MDM/MAM solutions and VOIP/SIP video conferencing technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system security.
• Experience with data center support and infrastructure.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for night and weekend on-call rotations and light travel.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience with Python.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/Docker, specifically RHEL and CentOS.
• Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing suites.
• Experience with imaging solutions like WDS or SCCM.
