Description

You will resolve incidents and implement service requests within an OutSystems environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users or identified through monitoring.
• Apply code fixes and patches, performing unit testing on fixtures to resolve incidents.
• Implement requested features and new functionalities based on service request requirements.
• Integrate updates into existing systems and document all changes for future reference.
• Collaborate with business analysts and system administrators to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical development.
• Proficiency in OutSystems.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Advanced Build Management skills.
• Advanced Configuration & Release Management skills.
• Advanced Design & Build Enablement skills.
• Background in Operations Management.
• Any Graduate degree.
