Description

You will configure and develop solutions within the Sprinklr platform to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration and development tasks to deliver technical solutions aligned with customer use cases.
• Develop and implement integrations with Cloud contact center technologies, including IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, and Workflow Automation.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure platform performance.
• Provide technical guidance to clients to support successful deployment and utilization of the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, technical configuration, or technology consulting within the CCaaS industry.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with Cloud contact center platforms such as Mitel, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect, Genesys, or Ameyo.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and data management within contact center solutions.
• Technical knowledge of IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self-Service, and Conversational AI.
• Familiarity with Unified Communications (UC) and Analytics for customer engagement.
• Experience with SQL, AWS, and Automation Testing.
• Bachelor's degree.
