Description

You will manage technical operations across large-scale software development projects, overseeing multi-functional teams through their lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CI/CD models for enterprise applications.
• Coach teams and remove sprint impediments during development cycles.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within large-scale systems.
• Oversee multi-functional technical teams through project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing large-scale software development projects.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with SCRUM / Agile in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and APM tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, PMLC, and SDLC frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile tools: Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting large enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP).
