Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce workflows, user interfaces, and custom APIs for external integrations, SSO, and community portals.
• Translate business requirements into working technical solutions and functional prototypes through design workshops.
• Deploy and implement Salesforce solutions across production and pre-production environments while troubleshooting complex issues.
• Manage data modeling, security, migration, and automation for data import and export processes.
• Lead and supervise multi-geographical development teams through the full project development life cycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and product implementation.
• Expertise in APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and Salesforce API development.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and Lightning Aura Components.
• Proficiency in LWC, VisualForce, and Apex Web services.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations, AppExchange deployment, and system integrations.
• Proven experience in client interaction and delivery management.
• Strong ability to coordinate complex projects and manage issues between internal and external clients.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JIRA and SFDC apps.
