Description

Act as the technical bridge between developers and business requirements within a healthcare EDI environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex process and data flows.
• Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrices, test plans, and test cases.
• Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and maintain infrastructure for software release.
• Support distributed server operations including patching, production support, and troubleshooting.
• Identify technical problems and develop software updates or fixes to maintain HIPAA compliance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst in the Healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of experience with EDI Transactions, specifically 837 (Claims/Encounters) and 834 (Enrollment).
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies, including managing user stories.
• 3+ years of experience with open-source technologies such as Git/GitHub, OpenShift, Apache JMeter, or Python.
• 2+ years of experience in an Agile CI/CD development environment.
• 2+ years of experience writing batch files, PowerShell scripts, or UNIX shell scripts.
• Proven experience in distributed server operations and monitoring tools.
