Description

You will lead the development and delivery of technical enablement content and programs to enhance expertise across field and channel Sales Engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning paths for SentinelOne and Channel Partner Pre-Sales roles, covering onboarding, product administration, and advanced technical demo certifications.
• Design and implement engaging demo and lab environments to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
• Create technical training content for instructor-led and online formats, including written materials, videos, labs, exercises, and certification exams.
• Build structured certification programs to validate partner proficiency in product knowledge and technical skills.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Product Marketing to identify skills requirements and streamline new product release enablement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience in cybersecurity.
• Deep technical knowledge of endpoint cyber defense or CN.
• Experience with XDR technologies.
• Proven ability in technical content development and written communication.
• Experience building labs, demo environments, and certification programs.
• Ability to design skill assessments and tracking/reporting mechanisms for SEs and Channel Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
