Lead technical enablement for field and channel Sales Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Develop learning paths for SentinelOne and Channel Partner Pre-Sales roles, covering onboarding and advanced technical demo certifications.
Design and implement engaging demo and lab environments to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
Create technical training content for instructor-led and online formats, including written materials, videos, labs, exercises, and certification exams.
Build structured certification programs to validate partner proficiency in product knowledge and technical skills.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Product Marketing to identify skills requirements and streamline new product release enablement.
Required Skills
5+ years of Sales Engineering experience in cybersecurity.
Deep technical knowledge of endpoint cyber defense or CN.
Experience with XDR technologies.
Proven ability in technical content development and written communication.
Experience building labs, demo environments, and certification programs.
Ability to design skill assessments and tracking/reporting mechanisms for SEs and Channel Teams.
Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
