Description

You will manage and track complex business and IT initiatives, focusing on large-scale system migrations and infrastructure transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency-wide transition from Google Suite to Microsoft 365 for approximately 800 users, coordinating mail and content migration.
• Oversee the data warehouse migration, including relocating on-premises SQL servers and file servers.
• Direct the conversion of integration services packages to Azure Data Factory pipelines for data movement into Azure Data Lake and Synapse.
• Manage external vendors, internal stakeholders, and state business units to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or engagement management.
• Experience managing migrations from Google Suite to Microsoft 365.
• Technical familiarity with SQL servers, file servers, and data warehouse infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse.
• Experience remodeling data structures into data marts and business-specific schemas.
• Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) governance, assessment, and control.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, build project plans, and manage procurement processes.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to executive-level stakeholders.
