Description

You will manage application monitoring and infrastructure operations to ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications using Dynatrace and other APM tools.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis on alerts and issues identified by monitoring tools.
• Provide infrastructure enhancement and change insights to clients based on alert analysis.
• Monitor and improve deployment processes continuously.
• Identify and document known application outages and infrastructure pain points.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations or technical engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Strong understanding of application tiers and IT infrastructure.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for resolving application and infrastructure issues.
• Experience in application and infrastructure operations.
• Effective communication and customer handling etiquette.
• Any Graduate degree.
