Description

You will coordinate battery manufacturing equipment to support new model launches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update project schedules for battery manufacturing equipment.
• Lead installation and trial activities for new battery equipment.
• Coordinate with machine supervisors, project planning groups, and general contractors.
• Liaise with Japanese machine vendors and facilities departments to ensure successful equipment deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in equipment installation or construction.
• Proven experience in manufacturing startups.
• Automotive battery installation expertise.
• Project schedule management.
• Stakeholder management.
• Technical engineering mindset with strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Collaboration with plant engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams.
