Description

You will manage the technical lifecycle of AV and unified collaboration solutions from design to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on AV requirements gathered from sales teams.
• Conduct onsite and offsite product demonstrations for partners and third-party vendors.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to ensure smooth product delivery and implementation.
• Train end users and internal teams on new product lines and OEM updates.
• Track and report on project progress and team performance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a technical sales role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Video Conferencing systems and Unified Collaboration solutions.
• Proficiency with Audio Visual systems and Interactive Touch Displays.
• Experience with Networking Components, Active & Passive hardware, and EPBX systems.
• Knowledge of Conference Management systems.
• Understanding of AV connectivity and room ambiance requirements for enterprise solutions.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer service requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication.
• Technical certifications from OEMs.
