Description

Analyzes system requirements from Ford specifications, develops and automates test cases in Python, and supports software milestone releases through execution, defect tracking in Jira, and hardware procurement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system and functional requirements defined in Ford specifications to clarify ambiguities.
• Develop and maintain test cases for specified requirements.
• Automate test execution using Python scripting and test libraries.
• Support test executions for planned software milestone releases and manage defect lifecycles in Jira.
• Coordinate hardware inventory, procurement, and distribution activities for project needs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical engineering or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and test case development.
• Familiarity with automotive domain standards, specifically Ford specifications.
• Knowledge of ADAS systems and C programming.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira.
