Description

You will serve as the technical engineer for the Enterprise Information Protection department, supporting identity management and information security operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage user administration, information security, and compliance tasks.
• Perform root cause analysis and technical research to resolve system issues.
• Communicate technical findings and security requirements to both technical and non-technical users.
• Support the Identity SailPoint IIQ project and broader IAM initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical engineering or identity management.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ.
• Administrative experience with Active Directory and IAM workflows.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience using Tenable for security assessment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Crowdstrike for information security operations.
