Description

Plan and execute the migration of GxP lab systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10 while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the migration plan, assessing existing systems for compatibility with Windows 10.
  • Ensure all migration activities comply with GxP regulations and maintain system validation throughout the process.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime during the transition.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including validation protocols, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Train lab personnel on new system features and changes to ensure seamless adoption.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system migrations, focusing on Windows operating systems.
  • Proven experience working in GxP environments with strong knowledge of GxP compliance.
  • Proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with lab systems and instruments integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
  • Familiarity with automated deployment tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
