Description

You will own the full technical lifecycle from pre-sales through post-sales support and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute site surveys and develop accurate Bills of Quantity (BoQ) based on client requirements.
• Manage the in-house engineering team, including project assignment and tracking OEM certification progress.
• Design technical solutions tailored to client needs and oversee product deployment.
• Deliver technical presentations, on-field product demonstrations, and client training sessions.
• Provide technical assistance and support during Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
• Proven capability in conducting site surveys and BoQ preparation.
• Strong technical skills regarding product deployment and implementation.
• Experience in solution designing based on specific client requirements.
• Ability to manage engineering teams and project workflows effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing demonstrations.
• Strong customer service skills for managing inquiries and technical support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunication.
