You will design and develop complex integrations between Workday and external systems.
Responsibilities
Design and develop complex integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Report Writer, and Enterprise Interface Builders.
Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements while developing understanding of technical change impacts for assigned integrations including Proof of Concepts.
Manage production integration remediations and enhancement projects as designated by HR IT priorities.
Maintain proper change management documentation following SDLC practices to satisfy company internal and external policy audit controls.
Architect scalable Workday applications that integrate seamlessly with core Workday modules including HCM, Learning and Recruiting.
Required Skills
Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
2-3 years hands-on experience in Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Complex reporting with Report Writer.
Proficiency with Workday Studio and Workday Integrations.
Experience with XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST protocols.
Familiarity with Change Management and DevOps practices.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
