Description

You will design and develop complex integrations between Workday and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex integrations between Workday and external systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Report Writer, and Enterprise Interface Builders.
• Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements while developing understanding of technical change impacts for assigned integrations including Proof of Concepts.
• Manage production integration remediations and enhancement projects as designated by HR IT priorities.
• Maintain proper change management documentation following SDLC practices to satisfy company internal and external policy audit controls.
• Architect scalable Workday applications that integrate seamlessly with core Workday modules including HCM, Learning and Recruiting.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience in Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Complex reporting with Report Writer.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio and Workday Integrations.
• Experience with XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST protocols.
• Familiarity with Change Management and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
