Description

You will design and develop complex integrations between Workday and external systems, including HCM, Learning, and Recruiting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Report Writer, and Enterprise Interface Builders.
• Analyze business requirements and assess technical change impacts, including building Proof of Concepts.
• Manage production integration remediations and enhancement projects aligned with HR IT priorities.
• Architect scalable Workday applications that integrate seamlessly with core modules.
• Maintain SDLC-compliant change management documentation for internal and external audit controls.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and complex reporting via Report Writer.
• Proficiency in Workday Integrations architecture and development.
• Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST protocols.
• Familiarity with Change Management and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM, Learning, and Recruiting module integrations.
