Description

Lead software engineering teams to build, scale, and deliver e-commerce solutions using React, React Native, and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee the development of e-commerce solutions using React JS and React Native.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable applications using Azure Cloud services.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure delivery within scope.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development and engineering management.
• Proficiency in React JS and React Native.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or .NET.
