Description

You will lead and mentor a team of engineers building GenAI-powered products while remaining hands-on with system design, architecture, and code reviews.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive development using Node.js, Python, or Java, alongside full-stack technologies.
• Design and integrate LLM-based solutions, including Agentic AI, into existing systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Business stakeholders to translate GenAI use cases into scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices around model usage, prompt engineering, evaluation, and security.
• Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong leadership background.
• Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM-based application development.
• Strong problem-solving, system design, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and tools.
• Post Graduation, B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual) in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science.
