You will manage the timely receipt of materials, goods, and services to ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material and service deliveries to prevent production delays.
• Interface extensively with vendors to track order status and resolve delays.
• Execute purchasing-related tasks within the purchasing department as required.
• Coordinate with production teams to align material arrival with scheduled deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in expediting or purchasing roles.
• Extensive experience with vendor interface and relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex production schedules and deadlines.
