You will manage material and service deliveries to keep production schedules on track.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material and service deliveries to prevent production delays.
• Interface with vendors to track order status and resolve delays.
• Execute purchasing-related tasks within the purchasing department.
• Coordinate with production teams to align material arrival with scheduled deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in expediting or purchasing roles.
• Extensive experience with vendor interface and relationship management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex production schedules and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of procurement lifecycle and supply chain logistics.
