Description

You will lead a team of 10-15 Configuration Specialists managing high-volume batch delivery platforms within a regulated environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the batch delivery platform to ensure accurate data processing and timely client delivery.
• Manage platform performance, stability, and scalability within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-15 specialists, including performance reviews and resource allocation.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for PagerDuty incidents and complex client fulfillment issues.
• Maintain platform compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements following Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical management or leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Dataflow, Composer, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
• Proficiency with Google Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting systems.
• Strong understanding of data processing, batch delivery systems, and file encoding formats.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with YAML configuration and SDLC processes.
• Expertise in project delivery planning, resource allocation, and financial forecasting/budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting mission-critical processing environments.
• Excellent English communication skills for executive reporting and client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes, KMS, Pub/Sub, and API tools like Bruno or Postman.
• French language proficiency.
