Description

You will design and architect scalable Guidewire solutions on GWCP, focusing on high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete Guidewire implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Define technical roadmaps, cloud strategy, and integration frameworks with stakeholders.
• Utilize APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations for Guidewire applications.
• Ensure adherence to security, integration, and performance best practices.
• Mentor development teams across geographies and resolve architectural bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
• Strong proficiency in Gosu scripting and Java.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of API architecture (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with event-driven systems and messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain experience in Commercial or Personal Lines.
• Proven ability to lead teams in agile/scrum environments.
