You will lead technical response and resolution for complex incidents within the healthcare payer domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate diverse teams while managing multiple simultaneous incidents under pressure.
• Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions using strong analytical skills.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage incident response processes adhering to ITSM protocols.
• Make critical decisions during high-pressure situations to ensure rapid resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare payer domain.
• Strong understanding of Applications IT infrastructure and Databases.
• Experience with ITSM Protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
