Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions covering servers, networking, storage, and cloud services.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Manage incident response and implement proactive measures to mitigate potential problems.
• Monitor system performance and capacity to execute optimization, load balancing, and performance tuning.
• Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure data protection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Architect or in a similar infrastructure support role.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficiency in incident and problem management using ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for analyzing complex technical issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical infrastructure designs.
• ITIL certification.
• CompTIA Server+ or Cisco CCNP/CCNA certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for high-availability distributed systems.
