Description

You will manage and maintain Windows server environments, ensuring performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot Windows OS issues.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions for Windows servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management focused on Windows Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-related issues.
• Familiarity with scripting languages, specifically PowerShell.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper V.
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services.
