You will conduct technical assessments for software engineering candidates focusing on Python, Backend, or Data Science and Machine Learning roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical interviews to evaluate candidates' Python proficiency, coding abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and administer technical assessments, coding challenges, and evaluative tools.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to hiring managers to support selection decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to tailor interview processes to specific role requirements.
• Maintain a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the evaluation process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Deep expertise in Python.
• Strong knowledge of Data Science or Machine Learning (DS/ML) principles.
• Proven experience conducting technical interviews.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing candidate competency and logic.
• Excellent written documentation skills for candidate evaluations.
• Any Graduate degree.
