Description

Lead high-complexity IT projects within a healthcare environment, overseeing the full lifecycle from initiation through closure.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting dashboards for multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Collaborate with solution architects, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes while ensuring compliance with PMO guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals and coordinate with helpdesk teams for implementation.
• Report project status and outcomes to executive staff and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT project management experience managing high-complexity projects.
• 10+ years of experience using dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• 10+ years of knowledge regarding healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage large budget-related projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, DevOps, and ITSM.
• 5+ years of experience working in healthcare projects and with helpdesk systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure and operational projects.
