You will manage the full technical recruitment lifecycle to build a skilled IT workforce in Hyderabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical expertise and role fit.
• Collaborate with technical managers to define requirements and conduct skill assessments.
• Manage candidate data and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Handle offer extensions, salary negotiations, and the onboarding process.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical IT Recruiter within the IT industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various IT roles, programming languages, and technologies.
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong sourcing and professional networking capabilities.
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidate competencies.
• Understanding of HR and employment laws related to hiring.
• Strong communication skills for managing candidate and hiring manager relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
