Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java-based backend services and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust microservices using Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Manage containerized deployments and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and optimize database interactions with Oracle Database and RESTful APIs.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on system design and best practices.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from feasibility studies and coding to testing and implementation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in applications development and programming.
• Deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Microservices architectures.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Database and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Competence in writing unit tests using JUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python development, GitHub Copilot, or agentic AI tools.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Ignite.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, cloud reengineering, or system architecture design patterns.
